Other:You can use Marvel characters in this. But you must ask ME first and I have to trust you before you have them. I will make a list and only you will be able to rp that character. But please be on often enough or it won't be fair for others who want that character. And please don't change the whole characters personality. Try and make them as accurate to the actual character as possible. Please and Thank you.
Also, if you want your character to be related to a Marvel character, you have to ask as well.
My character is related to a marvel character so that's why I really allow this.You start at D-Class-Mutant or D-Class-Camp (which means you're at the concentration camp) and you will work your way up depending on how you improve and how well you RP. The earlier you join, the better rank you will get. And the more you're around, the better rank you'll get. Simple as that
If you're really good, you can become an X Men, Allies, or an S Class Mutant. If you're a bad guy, you can be a Camp-Leader(You would decide the fate of most of the mutants, can't be death though.) or be apart of The-Brotherhood. 
Plot:Some mutants at a young age are captured in a concentration camp. There are five in the united states, located in Los Angeles, Washington, Miami, Houston & Cleveland. A concentration camp is where young mutants are taught the basic things you learn in school and are working on perfecting their powers. The younger mutants aren't very aware that they are being tested on in the camps, but older ones are very aware and try to escape every chance they get. It is the Camp-Leaders job to keep the most powerful mutants from escaping. Usually, the mutants are realeased at the age of 15-18 depending on their results. Before they are released, they usually get a brain wipe of where they were and being tested, but they usually remember what they were taught. Although, if a mutant manages to escape (which happens about 2-3 times a year) they would remember everything.

Example Character (Mine) :Name: Rosalie Howlett.
Nickname: Sniper.
Gender: Female.
Age: 18, December 14.
Appearance: Rosalie is about 5'6" and weighs 130 lbs. Her eyes are Amber and her hair is brown with blonde highlights. Her skin is a gold/tan color. She prefers to wear tank tops, generally a black or white one, with a jacket because of the cold weather. She also wears a pair of black boots and most of the time has a purse at her side. She has her earlobes pierced twice, and a cartilage piercing in her left ear. She also has a stud in her left nostril. Most of the time she wears her hair up in a ponytail, but every now and then she will wear it down.
Personality: She can be pretty friendly, but sometimes she just doesn't like somebody, just because. Rosalie is pretty straight forward and really isn't afraid to tell somebody what she really thinks. She can also be pretty funny and likes people who have a sense of humor.
Powers: Bone Claws. And Healing Powers, but not as quick as Logan's.
Weaknesses: The smell of iodine temporarily takes away her powers until she can get out of the area that the smell is in.
Residence: She used to be in a concentration camp in Cleveland, but is now going to Xavier's school.
Alignment: Good.
Related To Character? Who?: Yes, Wolverine. But she is unaware of it at the moment. All she knew was his name was Logan, but she has never really known enough or cared enough to try and find him.
History: Rosalie was adopted at the age of one, shortly after her mother died, and has had her mutant abilities ever since she could remember, but when she asked her fostermother, Judith, how she realized that Rosalie had them, Judith replied that it was when she got Rosalie her a Kitty when she was about 3. When she was four, the kitty was all grown up. One day, Rosalie was stroking the Cat, and all of a sudden it scratched her hard across the face. Judith, who was in the room at the time, left the room to go get some bandaids and neosporin. When she re-entered there was blood everywhere and Rosalie was sitting there with the cat in her hands and the bone claws revealed. Judith picked up Rosalie, who kept crying and saying she didn't mean to, and went upstairs to give her a bath. About 15 minutes later, she realized that the scratch on Rosalie's face was gone and realized that she had healing abilities as well. From then on, Judith always thought that maybe she should send Rosalie to Charles Xavier's school for mutants, but quickly put away the thought. Rosalie grew up in a nice home in Albany, New york, when all of a sudden Judith fell ill with cancer. Being terminal, she only had about 6 months to live. After Judith's death, when Rosalie was 10, she was taken to a concentration camp that was in Cleveland and lived there until she was 17. She decided to escape one day and almost lost her life. So now she is headed for Xavier's school because she believes this is the only place that she can really go to.
